DIGITAL PRODUCT RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All products sold by Music Gene Entertainment LLC through this store are digital products. Due to the nature of downloadable digital content, all sales are final once the digital product has been delivered or made available for download.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital products after access to the download has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

DOWNLOAD OR FILE ISSUES

If you experience a technical problem with your download, receive a corrupted file, or believe files are missing from your purchase, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a working replacement download or correct the issue.

LICENSING

A refund will not be issued because a customer misunderstood the licensing terms of a product. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable license terms before using purchased sounds or compositions.

Certain products may contain both ROYALTY-FREE and CLEARANCE REQUIRED content. These categories have different usage rights, as explained in the licensing documentation included with the applicable product.

Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer ownership or copyright in the underlying sounds, samples, compositions, or other intellectual property except for the specific usage rights expressly granted under the applicable license.

DUPLICATE OR ACCIDENTAL PURCHASES

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order or experienced a billing error, contact us so we can review the transaction.
