TERMS OF SERVICE – DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SAMPLE PACKS
These Terms of Service govern purchases of digital products offered by Music Gene Entertainment LLC, including sample packs, sound libraries, musical compositions, loops, instrument recordings, and related downloadable content.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any digital product from Music Gene Entertainment LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional license terms included with the purchased product.
1. OWNERSHIP
All sounds, samples, compositions, recordings, loops, melodies, and other content remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright owner(s). Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership to the purchaser.
Your purchase grants you only the usage rights provided under the applicable license.
2. ROYALTY-FREE CONTENT
Content specifically identified as ROYALTY-FREE may be incorporated into new musical productions in accordance with the license included with the product.
Royalty-Free does not mean copyright-free or public domain. Ownership of the original content remains with its respective copyright owner(s).
Purchasers may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, package, or otherwise make the original Royalty-Free files available to others, whether individually or as part of another sample pack, sound library, or similar product.
3. CLEARANCE REQUIRED CONTENT
Content identified as CLEARANCE REQUIRED is not royalty-free.
Before commercially releasing, selling, licensing, distributing, or otherwise commercially exploiting a production containing Clearance Required content, the purchaser must obtain the applicable written clearance from Music Gene Entertainment LLC / JP On Tha Track.
Purchasing or downloading Clearance Required content does not constitute clearance and does not automatically grant the right to commercially release a production containing that content.

4. PROHIBITED USES
Unless expressly authorized in writing, purchasers may not:
• Resell or redistribute the original files.
• Share purchased files with another person or account.
• Upload the original files to another sample library, marketplace, file-sharing service, or similar platform.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original source material.
• Register the original files themselves as independently owned copyrighted works.
• Use the files to create or sell competing sample packs, loop packs, sound libraries, or substantially similar products.
5. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Products are delivered electronically. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining compatible software, hardware, and storage necessary to download and use the purchased files.
If a download is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise technically defective, contact Music Gene Entertainment LLC for assistance.
6. REFUNDS
Because these products consist of downloadable digital content, sales are generally final once the digital product has been delivered or made available for download, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

7. LICENSE VIOLATIONS
Use of any product outside the rights granted by its applicable license may constitute a violation of these Terms and may also infringe applicable intellectual property rights.
Music Gene Entertainment LLC reserves the right to pursue available remedies for unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, commercial exploitation, or other unauthorized use.
8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Music Gene Entertainment LLC may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will apply prospectively as permitted by applicable law and will not retroactively reduce license rights already granted under a completed purchase unless otherwise required by law.
