Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the device or account used to download their purchase.

DOWNLOAD ISSUES

If you do not receive your download, experience difficulty accessing your files, receive a corrupted file, or believe files are missing from your purchase, please contact us for assistance.

We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a replacement download when appropriate.
